Payments Gateways
All payment gateways offered by wix.com and used by the PPSA adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS. Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which offers you the opportunity to pay by for example, with a Visa or MasterCard, etc.
Refunds for Events
● PPSA does not offer a refund for racing events, either in person or online.
Annual Membership
● Your membership will commence from the day you pay.
● Unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of the agreement, it will remain in force for a period of 12 calendar months.
● Membership fee is paid in full on the last day of April.

We will keep your personal data while you are a member and as long as necessary for our legal obligations. We will review it annually to confirm our processing rights. We securely destroy all financial information once we have used it and no longer need it.
