PPSA/PYC J/24 Open Event
Event:
This is a 2-day Sailing Event starting on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th July 2026, in the surrounding waters of Plymouth Sound, hosted by the Port of Plymouth Sailing Association and the Plym Yacht Club.
Launching and recovery:
Launching at Plymouth Yacht Haven (PYH) and one nights berthing Friday 17th July, one nights berthing at Saltash Sailing Club Saturday 18th July, and lift out Sunday 19th July at PYH, included in entry fee.
Note: Extra berthing and trailer storage available at PYH; contact them direct on 01752 404231.
Prizegiving:
Saturday 18th July: On completion of racing there is a bottle race up-river finishing at Saltash Sailing Club.
The Prizegiving will be held at 1600 approx. or straight after haul out on Sunday 19th July, at Plymouth Yacht Haven.
Race entry and fees:
Standard entry fee up to July 10 2026 is £255
Reduced entry fee (excluding PYH crane in/out & berth) is £60
