The Officers and a Committee oversee the management of the Association.
The composition of the Committee shall be as follows:
• President (Chairman)
• Vice President (Vice-Chairman)
• Treasurer
• General Secretary
• Port of Plymouth Regatta Director(s)
• Port Handicapper
• Plymouth Race Series Manager
• Sailing Programme Coordinator
• Sailing Secretary (or Flag Officer or equivalent manager) representing each Full Member organisation.
• Nominated representative of each Full Member organisation who shall attend Committee meetings if those Committee members above are unable to do so.
In addition, the following members of the Committee shall have no voting rights:
• Assistant Secretary
• Representatives of Associate Members.
• Further Appointed Personnel who may be co-opted by the Committee who, by virtue of their skill, expertise, qualification or experience may be able to render assistance to the Committee.
